The Collins and Casey letterhead says they are a 'Approved TFL Vendor'.
I checked with
Transport for London. They confirm that BNS Logistics are listed on their system 'Bravo' but that's a
formality, as anyone can get on the TfL vendor list by filling in some
forms, there is no vetting or approval by TfL. You have to be registered prior to being paid by TfL as a vendor.

I think
we have a case for misrepresentation and fraud here. Although a lawyer
might weasel out of it as their letterhead says simply says 'approved
TFL vendor' (uppercase) and you could argue they don't mean
Transport for London which is usually written TfL (with a lower case F.
Hindes and Hartley at the same address as Collins and Casey make the same claim to be a TFL vendor but there isn't any listing for them with TfL procurement.
Transport for London have BNS Logistics listed as a vendor of taxis and chauffeurs but advised that as it was inactive it was now scheduled for deletion. To their knowledge BNS Logistics had never been an actual supplier to TfL.
